Due to the high number of SNPS, probably need to do something like Piffer did in the height study.

I'm in the middle of the other thing, but IIRC only 11 SNPs had allele info- with the other 100 SNPs you don't know which allele is trait associated. So you have to use the IQ method because of few SNPs.
