Co-authoring, reviews, and the question of independence
At ODP, I see sometimes author A and B working together (co-publishing) and in a subsequent article of author B, one reviewer is the author A, or an article will be published by A and has been reviewed by author B.

This can bother me, in the sense that people may have doubts about the objectivity of the reviews, even if they are made public.

Is that OK with you ? And is it the kind of thing that may happen in other journals ?

Because we are a close community of researchers, it is not easily avoidable at the present time. If there were more reviewers, it would be possible and desirable to avoid.
